Aesthetic Services
We are pleased to offer a variety of treatments that will help you look and feel your best.
To best assess your skin’s needs, we recommend a consultation with our esthetician, Deb
DePree, prior to your first cosmetic treatment.
Note: Sun protection before and/or after treatments is vital to their success. Prior to your
treatment, make sure you clarify with our esthetician or medical assistant which products, if any,
you should use and/or avoid.
Hair and Scalp Disorders
Chemical Peels
Chemical peels are superficial skin peel treatments that help rejuvenate aging skin to give it a
fresh healthy glow. We offer a variety of peels, including lactic, glycolic, and salicylic. These
peels offer a range of potency; we use them to tailor our treatment to the needs of your unique
skin.
Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure for your skin. An instrument is used to
shave away the uppermost layers of your skin. It can reduce the appearance of acne scars or
other skin imperfections by revealing newer, undamaged skin. Some people also get
dermaplaning for temporary hair removal.
Dermapeel
Dermapeel is an exfoliation treatment a step above a microdermabrasion or chemical peel.
Dead skin cells are gently scraped from your face and then a peel is performed, followed by a
CO2 ball. Dermapeels leave the skin feeling soft and smooth. These are great for skin
rejuvenation and sun damage but are not recommended for acne-damaged skin. This treatment
may cause mild redness, but cosmetics may be applied immediately after receiving treatment.
The peeling that occurs later is mild and gradual.
Laser Hair Reduction
Using the brand new technology of the Vectus laser, we are able to provide permanent hair
reduction. Laser light is used to target and destroy hair cells responsible for hair growth without
harming the surrounding tissue. The Vectus uses Skintel, which reads the pigment in your skin
to calibrate the laser according to your skin color. Note that multiple treatments will be required
to receive optimal results as your hair grows in several phases. Faces, chests, underarms,
arms, legs, and bikini areas may be treated.
Laser Treatment for Scars, Facial Blood Vessels, and Photoaging
Laser treatment may help reduce the visibility of scars, such as those left by acne, stretch
marks, and old injuries. Laser treatment is also used to lighten or remove unwanted or abnormal
blood vessels on the face.
Non-ablative laser therapy of the face is used to treat fine lines and boost collagen production.
We use a fractional laser to send microbeams through the epidermis, the top-most layer of the
skin, into the dermis, the layer beneath it. This laser stimulates the body’s natural healing
process to create new, healthy tissue to replace the outer damaged, aging layer. Prior to
performing this treatment, we apply a numbing cream to reduce sensitivity. Resurfacing is ideal
for treating sun damage and acne scars; it improves the skin’s overall tone and texture. There is
minimal downtime post-procedure.

Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is an exfoliation treatment that uses a gentle abrasion tool and vacuum to
remove the dead outer layer of your skin. This treatment leaves your skin smooth and promotes
the growth of healthy new skin cells. It is great for rejuvenation, sun damage, and minor acne
scars. Microdermabrasion is most commonly performed on the face but it is also great for arms,
chests, necks, and backs. There is little to no downtime following this treatment and cosmetics
may be applied immediately after.
Microneedling with Stratapen ®
The Stratapen® has 36 fine needles that deliver microscopic punctures to the skin. These tiny
punctures force the skin’s natural healing system to repair the epidermis and dermis, stimulating
the generation of new collagen and elastin. This natural reparative process allows for a
smoother surface texture, improved tone and pigment, and improved laxity and support. In
addition, the Stratapen® is a customizable treatment, allowing for unique and individual
approaches to your specific skin needs. The treatment can be customized such that the depth of
the microneedles penetrating the skin is adjusted. And while it is great for the face, it can also
treat other parts of the body, like the décolleté, arms, legs, back, and abdomen. This increased
collagen and elastin in turn create renewed support and structure to the skin, resulting in
improved firmness, resilience, and rejuvenation.
Photofacials with Intense Pulsed Light ®
Using our Max G Icon IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), we perform photorejuvenation, which uses optimized light to deliver energy targeted to red and brown areas. Photofacials improve the look
of sunspots, age spots, rosacea, capillaries, and hemangiomas. There is little to no downtime following this treatment and it may be performed on your face, neck, chest, arms, hands, and legs
Rejuvenating Peel
This peel is a cosmetic procedure intended to remove surface layers of the skin to improve its
appearance. It has been clinically proven to help reduce the visible signs of aging. Benefits after
only one Rejuvenating Peel include: reduced appearance of fine lines and wrinkles; reduced
appearance of age spots and pigmentation; improved texture, including softer skin, through
superficial skin exfoliation; and more radiant, youthful-looking skin.
Skin Care and Product Consultation
During a skincare consultation, our esthetician will analyze your skin’s needs and recommend a
customized regimen to optimize your skin health.
